If you’ve been here a while, you probably noticed… your girl has been a little quiet on this page. 👀

Before announcing my Holiday Petite Sessions, my last post was July 11th (…yikes).

But honestly?

Life has been beautifully full!

The kind of full that stretches you, grows you, and reminds you what matters most.

Between mom life with Beau, building Lifestyle By Lex behind the scenes, editing galleries, and creating another tiny human (baby girl arrives in February! 🤍✨), social posting took a back seat. And I’m finally giving myself the grace to say… that’s okay.


But I’m back + I’m so excited for this next chapter.

A New Season for Lifestyle By Lex

This brand started as my photography business...

and it will always be rooted in capturing real, meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. But moving forward, Lifestyle By Lex will also be my brand...a space where I can blend:
• motherhood
• photography
• digital marketing
• influencing
• and real, everyday life

I’m learning to love being on camera, + connecting with moms, + creating content that brings value. Truthfully, I want this page to grow into something bigger that can potentially open doors for monetization on Facebook and Instagram.

FALLING IN LOVE WITH FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY ALL OVER AGAIN.


This season has made me fall even deeper in love with photographing families.

Maybe it’s because I’m in the thick of it myself .... raising little ones and realizing how fast everything goes.

Maybe it’s because motherhood makes every milestone feel sacred. Or maybe it’s because every mom I meet reminds me we’re all just doing our best, holding onto the moments we don’t want to forget.


What I know is this:

I will always give back as many photos as I can.

Always.

These memories are too precious, too fleeting, and too meaningful to hold back.

And please… bring the grandparents.

Some of my favorite images this year have been the ones with grandparents included. The joy. The pride. The soft smiles. The way they look at your babies.

It hits different...and it matters.|

It matters now and it'll matter to your littles down the road... <3
