Shopping for Christmas looks a little different when your baby is only 10 months old.

Beau doesn’t need everything under the tree this year and truthfully, he won’t even remember most of it.

But what he is doing is growing at lightning speed.

The baby I’m ending this year with will look nothing like the toddler I’ll be chasing around this time next year.

And with Christmas and his first birthday only two months apart, I’ve been really intentional about choosing toys that can grow with him over the next year.

This list is a mix of things we’ll use now, things he’ll grow into, and a few ideas I’m already saving for his birthday in February.

I’m not buying everything on this list but I am sharing what’s caught my eye and what feels developmentally right for where he is and where he’s headed.
